Meet Gabe Raven
He is my brother and one of the best humans I know!
Gabe was born in Ottawa Ontario in 1975 and moved to Calgary Alberta in 1981. We grew up together in Calgary until Gabe moved to west-coast British Columbia and pursued his dream of being an outdoor wilderness guide.
Gabe went onto become a Kayak guide and led many groups on incredible outdoor experiences on the west coast of Canada.
He later changed careers and became a carpenter and custom home builder and has created many incredible living spaces for happy clients.
Gabe is also a wood carver, an artist and a multi-talented creator, an amazing father and husband, and an all-around incredible human being.
He has a huge heart and is always eager to help others, even when he himself is struggling with his own health.
In 2006 Gabe was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, and for the past 18 years he has fought hard to regain his health, but unfortunately, despite many different treatment regimes, and many ups and downs along the way, he still experiences an array of physical and mental health challenges caused by this brutal disease.

I love my brother dearly, and I know he would do anything to help me if I was sick, so I'm doing everything I can to help him.

To get world-class specialist care and treatment for Lyme Disease is expensive, and not covered by provincial health care plans. We need to raise $100,000 to cover the cost of treatment and give Gabe the best chance at regaining his health and reclaiming his life!

100% of proceeds from the sale of 7 Lane Life Merchandise is going to support treatment for Gabe, then to Lyme Disease research.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 to support Gabe's treatment expenses, and $1 Million to support Lyme Disease research and advocacy around the world.
